Seems your scale yields a useful histogram of human activity then. It maps very interestingly to outcome space: Assuming people are stupid, and you do want a generally beneficial outcome for the world at large, is the best play light, vanilla or dark straussianism?

You could also measure a cultural context at a point in time by what play is necessary for progress: E.g. to rid the Roman empire of slavery one needed 10 000 light straussian plays, while the genius of capitalism was that vanilla and dark straussians often advance system goals.
