In your subtle notes on diversity vs inclusiveness, can I interpret the notion of diversity as actually an integration of history and inclusiveness as differentiations of people?

Possibly. Haven’t yet teased them apart yet. Inclusion is a function of the projection of difference into a situation. On a basketball court height diversity matters, but it is less relevant in say music auditions
