I really dislike strength training. It’s the one form of exercise I never, ever, look forward to. Wish there was a substitute that I could find at least a little addictive, like running or a racquet sport.

There are better programs that have a lot more variation. I'm doing one now called nSuns and it's a lot more fun, there's an app too
