I really dislike strength training. It’s the one form of exercise I never, ever, look forward to. Wish there was a substitute that I could find at least a little addictive, like running or a racquet sport.

I peeked into a gym where they were doing CrossFit this one time and got so exhausted just looking I had to go home and drink a protein shake and crash in front of the TV
