Climbing.

2nd the climbing suggestion. Addictive enough that I injure an A2 pulley every couple years or so. Specifically, indoor bouldering is really easy to get into and keep up. Only need shoes and chalk.

I don't know if it's "addictive" but I've been using the X3 bar and it's really efficient, roughly 10 minutes to use

I think the progressive nature of weight training makes it inherently difficult. My experience is people fall in love with the progress, the pump, or the pain, and none of those are always enjoyable
