political anarchism has this problem. spiritual anarchism (e.g. Taoism and adjacent schools) does not.

Not sure what OP meant, exactly, but my long-running sense is: anarchy only delivers in a world not dominated by coordination problems and conflicting priorities - i.e., a world much simpler than ours. To be an anarchist, much of reality must be wished away or ignored.
