I want to compile the top 7 social evolution laws that are likely to apply for the next decade. A sort of folk-psychohistory model. Here’s my candidate, and the benchmark to beat. Rules: must be 1 sentence, and stated qualitatively even if underlying intuition is mathematical

A network of computers can only increase social entropy (following from the premise that computers can only increase mental entropy). Put another way: Decrease in rate of social entropy can only happen in absence of devices (and consideration of devices, re: McLuhan).
