There is something like a project-zeitgeist fit (PZF) similar to product-market fit. You would not pull a frat-party prank at a funeral. You would not launch a moon mission in the middle of a big war. You would not probably not release a “Facebook is great!” hagiography now....

Funny/scary thing is, I describe it as "singlish tshirt company" when really that wasn't the original goal, I sorta just responded to customer feedback. Originally it was about 20% of the catalogue, ended up being 90%. But my own memory starts to warp in favor of the tidier story
