The cost of running a wetlab is falling because you can order inputs piecemeal and send samples away to outside tests. There’s a shared wetlab in downtown Brooklyn. It’s like a machine shop/makerspace.

The problem is cost of delivery though. Becoming a doctor is like becoming a 1950s punch card programmer. The equivalent of a PDP-1 would be a truly empowering unregulated healthcare device that can improve general health in a DIY way
