So sick of this weather. Seattle-as-advertised. Dull grey insipid rain that’s neither dramatic enough to enjoy as theater, nor light enough that you can just go about your day without taking it into account. It’s dragged on about 25% longer (and 25% wetter and colder) this year

Yeah, I can't recall a Seattle winter that felt half as long as a midwest winter. There's something suffocating about being snowed in to your house yet again (for the 8th or 9th time) in late April, sometimes May. SEA chill gets wearying, but one is still free.
