Are there any political ideologies focused on the transient structure of revolutions as opposed to before/after conditions?
Seems like even anarchists generally focus on steady-state conditions (equilibrium or secular continuous change)
Ie are there step-function ideologies?

They allude to something like that in the cia approach of Michael B Jordan's character in Black Panther - a specific focus on creating transitional structures. Granted, it's tactical, but there might be something there

Exploring this myself, luxumberg was the closest so far in my investigations. Crimethinc puts out good stuff on this exact idea

maoism? although one could interpret it as being focused on before/end conditions on absurdly long time scales

In a lot of ways, communist ideology as worked out by Lenin and friends was all about the transitive period and it's requirements, and it's revolutionary AF

Lenin presumably thought he was doing this but was really objectifying and making static a fluid phenomenon so as to exploit it “scientifically”.
