1. Really bad sleep habits for about a week compared to my usually v systematic & good ones 2. Indoor bright lighting w no indicator of outdoor light 3. Working on a project Im v interested + my habit of losing myself for multiple hours = Warped internal sense of time

Sounds good! After 12 years of essentially the same sleep schedule, I've been messing w mine for the first time the past year, trying to understand how I work - I look forward to this blog post!
