I found the post very illuminating, especially the back and forth between things like that grisly strangling episode and abstract game theory If you have such insights from cows you should maybe write a cow logic post sometime

Once I started to recognize humans as herd animals my love for both humans and other herd animals grew, and I became more hopeful about the world.
