      The problem with performative woke neoliberalism is that rather than teaching underlying arguments in non-obscure criticaltheorese it’s delivered as compiled behavior codes to institutions. PWN needs open sourcing basically

      I don’t think it will. Its complexity is self-limiting beyond universities. The power of Corp HR is vastly overstated on such matters. Legally, the gays vs bakers type cases should create a body of case law that’s more usable than this COBOL code.

      Tainterian Darwinism so to speak kinda takes care of that. Complexity is a survival liability. May take a couple of decades but this stuff churns much faster these days esp in private sector. Org lifespans plummeting.
