I’ve been actively trying to attune my awareness to time-as-flux. Experience it viscerally as a sort of frequency domain spectrum of flow awareness rather than a moment. It is a) possible with practice b) messes with your mind quite a bit

just curious - what was the range of your frequency domain? I dont think you sat for more than a few hours

yes understood. i use visual cues. trees swaying, clouds movement for longer timescale. looking at a construction worker working takes you to a rapid tempo
