Yeah Kabat-Zinn loving-kindness meditation. But I’m not talking about cultivating the attitude. I’m talking about actual everyday skills.
If there is any practial skill, it is in allowing intent from the heart to fully express as action without the egoic mind to interfere or get in the way.

Your hands have multiple subtle channels from the heart. Cooking, cleaning, serving for someone; nurturing a plant, caring for a pet, while allowing loving-kindness to flow out the palms. Ordinary ways to serve and cultivate.

Mindful review is much more effective at everyday kindness than loving kindness in my experience. But it is less frequently taught
