Ibuprofen or diclofenac, taken 24h before, during, and 24h after your flight pretty much kills jetlag. I don't know how!

I think that it affects your melatonin levels. It screws with my sleep patterns, even when i don't have jet-lag.

You may want to try Melatonin next time to combat jet lag. Although the studies report mixed results ( https://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/tc/jet-lag-and-melatonin-topic-overview …) - it has helped me on long flights to/from India. Your mileage may vary...:)

Or try fatigue risk management. Some authorities around the world like FAA or EASA put some thoughts into it to help flight crews deal with fatigue.

The drugs don’t work. Running outdoors and staying off the booze really help though

Melatonin, dude. It helps you get to sleep on long flights and is also a chronobiotic (maybe THE chronobiotic). That + no coffee on the 'day' = no jetlag rest of week
