I went to a coffee appreciation class and ended up with 2 half-pound bags of single-origin beans. So I’ve been making V60 (normally a rare treat) as my regular brew over nespresso. Oddly unsatisfying as a regular method. Too smooth and flavorful. Need a harsher, blunter kick.
