Seems like a key role men can play for others is showing them what "back" even means.

As a data point for you, I often have young guys reaching out to me explicitly for “mentorship”. Some even offer to intern for free. I always turn them away. They are for Jordan Peterson types. People I can actually help usually approach with a collaboration idea.
