Any order! But I can especially recommend the Earthsea trilogy and The Left Hand of Darkness.

No order, just dive in. Seconding the aforementioned recommendations.

the sci-fi stuff isn't sensitive to order, but I'm going to recommend starting with the best so you don't short change yourself getting frustrated on lesser works: Left Hand of Darkness and The Dispossessed first. The Word for World is Forest next. Then Rocannon's World.

I'd start with the 5 Earthsea books.

Earthsea is generally lighter. Word for World and the Dispossed are diadetic, well done but potentially offputting. Most of the others are dense but story-driven.

Just to be difficult, I'll recommend the lathe of heaven.

Second The Left Hand of Darkness. Earthsea took a little time to warm up to.
