I think of rolexes as entry-luxury-signaling by arrivistes who don’t know how to signal wealth tastefully (and mobsters). Is this an accurate perception? What are luxury watch brands that properly arrived richies buy?

I think Eagleman said in some interview that his entire time lab staff wears broken watches. Weird tic there with weirdchrones. In other news I have named people with weird senses of time weirdchrones
