If you want to keep talking to someone, you should probably state 4 convenient truths for every inconvenient truth, and stay silent on 4 falsehoods that don't matter for every consequential 1 that you call out. Keeping a dialogue going in infinite game mode is non-trivial.

It's even less trivial when the person with whom you want to keep talking is accepting (and championing) new falsehoods at an exponentially growing rate - while abandoning an equal number of truths that have since become inconvenient.
