One of my biggest lessons from the year has been to aggressively UNDERschedule myself.
The most productive weeks I've have been the ones where I only committed to 10-15 hours of "work" and then did whatever seemed most interesting with the remaining time.

Yea, I know it's not a rational thing.
My best guess it that it's a family/culture thing. My paents both grew up on a farm and was always a sort of "No one who can rise before dawn 360 days a year fails to feed his family" ethos
