Yeah, and also conceptually a generalization (dense urban living is a kind of broader pattern of persistent assembly).

The point is just clearer with literal kinds of intentional assembly designed in part to collectively exercise free speech/religion/press

I'm questioning the clarity. Even places without right-to-carry can have trucks driven through their assemblies.

I think "mental health services" or something similar needs to be in there. You can have guns and assembly as long a nobody goes crazy.

I don't think mental health is a lever here. The psychopathology of this predates guns (see Malay etymology of 'amok'), probably endemic
