Yeah, and also conceptually a generalization (dense urban living is a kind of broader pattern of persistent assembly).

The point is just clearer with literal kinds of intentional assembly designed in part to collectively exercise free speech/religion/press

I'm questioning the clarity. Even places without right-to-carry can have trucks driven through their assemblies.

Well, anything can be weaponized. The question is, how easily, with how much leverage. "Arms" and "assembly" are fuzzy sets.
