This is how I've seen it used even in practice FWIW. In my circles I've never seen it used to sell stuff or to brag.

No reason to invalidate it just bc it's trending though. Every once in a while a good thing becomes memetic.
sleep has been an interesting one for me recently bc improving sleep for moms often means "sleep training" i.e. letting kid cry a bit
