that never worked for me, I get zero good feels from bettering PRs on a metric
I don't even track my weights. My reward is learning how to hack my mood to get me there :)

Yeah I think it only works 1x. For me it was "I am too skinny to squat with weight" to "wow I squatted my weight, what else am I wrong abt"
