I need a workout that's somewhere in the middle of a triangle defined by Starting Strength, running 5ks, and yoga. Ideas? Kettle bells?

Haha it's a miracle if I get up to 3 worksouts in a week, 2 is my average. Which is why I'm looking to combine strength/cardio/mobility
