I need a workout that's somewhere in the middle of a triangle defined by Starting Strength, running 5ks, and yoga. Ideas? Kettle bells?

If you only train 2d/wk, without a specific goal, it doesn't matter what you do. Just mix it up, try classes if your gym offers them!
