Tech question on urls: can you put a hashtag in a blog title and have the purl be wellformed? I'd expect conflict with named anchors

I used to @-mention some people in blogpost titles so they'd be mentioned when the posts where shared on Twitter, it worked

Your URL in that case will have to be encoded for it to work correctly, but then title will not be visible as intended in URL
