Yes of course. Women have to be disturbed to be online at all. It's a terrible experience for women out of the box. Men have to make it so.

What if you conceive of participation as the default (kind of like owning a cell phone)? Prolly a more accurate description of our reality.

Basically, seeing it as if you'd have to have a reason not to take part. Q is more why not participate than why participate.
