I don't think there's a third act. Unless it's retirement plus gracefully coming in for a soft-landing death.

Act 1 = coming out, subsuming self into an identity subculture

Act 2 = establishing unique place for yourself within said identity subculture

You've misread my model then. Your definition of Act 2 only counts as a mid-way chapter in Act 1 in my model.

You have to entirely leave identity subcultures and join the public consciousness of humanity at large to get to act 2
