Consulting support for middle managers is the hardest kind. Failing and producing bullshit instead = definition of mainstream consulting.

Direct to senior execs (VP/CxO) is easy because you bypass "deliverables" and go conversational, where bs is 4x harder to pass off as value

Rule of thumb: if you're producing a "deliverable", value/non-bullshitness is a function of *balance* between internal/external input data
