My brain simply isn't wired to get interested in mechanics of body building. For the same reason I also can't get interested in javascript.

They feel boring to me for the same reasons. Need to understand and internalize a lot of arbitrary details and facts

physiology/JavaScript have higher entropy than other disciplines, less compressible. Or you don't know enough to see the hidden structure

Yeah I don't doubt I could get at least mediocre under the right stressors. It's mediocre to interesting that's the speed of light barrier
