Interesting question I'm thinking about: is systems thinking a disposition of a particular kind of neurotype or a kind of mental illness?
Nope, you're talking about extrinsic disciplines, I'm talking about a cognitive trait that predisposes you to it https://www.facebook.com/vgururao/posts/10155307993211907?pnref=story …

I've concluded over the years that there is a systems-thinking trait loosely in the sense of introversion or the other big 5 traits
-
Whether you study cybernetics or computer architecture or geopolitics or were the pharaoh's vizier in ancient Egypt is a different issue

A true systems thinker is always low key frustrated cuz they're constrained to work in only a couple dimensions.

Only fragments of the whole can be represented in the dimensions available at any given moment. Looks broken, but really multi-dimensional.
