Continuing my TILings, wtf are "financial institution bonds" and why are they almost as high as world stock-market cap or public debt?

Is that true of whole world? So FI bond slice of the pie is basically the value of all land on earth, modulo rounding errors?

. one simple way of thinking about this: if the market priced have inflated by 30T too much, 50% of equity value could be wiped out.
