it is very discouraging to have system setup fails. without any baseline trust, temptation is to blame assistant

that's how you get guys who've had several highly-recommended assistants in rapid succession

you can have preferences for outcomes, and systems serve that. *or* you can preferences for what the systems look like

I have things set up with a blend of both with my book-keeper, but that's an easier relationship to manage
