I think this is partly a tech problem, common to getting creators paid in general. Need micropayments.

Creating an outline is a *tax* and inefficiency you impose on book writing process to raise OPM
general pple: the more freehold $ you have, the more book will come out in its most 'natural' form
It has helped me organize my thinking in a way that seems useful… may depend on author or subject matter!
