Conclusion I've reached is that you have to give up deterministic control of impact pattern to the extent you want scale without effort

Reach/impact of a cartoon is higher than a short story is higher than nonfiction blog post. But ambiguity/uncertainty goes up.

I like that idea. It's the difference between treating an idea in a nonfiction post versus a sci-fi short story to me.

I have to admit though... I am a control freak when it comes to messages I put out. "Stochastic performance" idea evokes mental resistance.
