@crashdev I think drop-ship+on-demand+subscription recurring revenue can shave 10% off costs => 10x margin in these slim margin old sectors -
Seems like the real margin wins are in (hard) supply chain work - v. integration to shave layers of vendor margin (eg Warby / Everlane)
