Levels 3 and 4 (C, C^2) will always have element of irony/humor, no? Otherwise level 3 esp will end up being actual opposition

Irony helps, but don't think it's necessary. Just (1) expectation to signal at level N, + (2) confidence you won't be mistaken for N-1

There's a point at which the stack is jenga-high and you can't keep track, so it's instinctive language that blurs levels a bit

That's why we have name for these superagents: couples, teams, etc. The signaling phase is done. It's the melded phase.

That's one way to model it, but of course there are still two agents involved. That's why we celebrate our S.O.s on anniversaries etc.
