though I was cheering for Seattle, IMO "flows over stocks" is correct bias for 2016 economy

flows today should produce stocks tomorrow, but relative efficiency of that conversion is the real question

Cities that aren't SF may need to have higher success rates. What does Seattle's success rate demonstrate?

I still feel we're getting this a bit wrong. Maybe a discount rate applied to stocks from exit event.
