I'm kinda curious: since racism seems to be tribal-racial human default, where/when did non-racism first appear as general civic norm/value?
.@TimConley I'd bet earliest locale was along Bronze-Age Silk Road. Europe didn't get seriously multi-racial till imperial Rome I think
