$ is the biggest issue for sure. I pitched several investors. Their biggest reservation was insufficient consumer/market research.

It's actually made me a bit bitter/disillusioned. Being a visionary/creator (to modest extent that I am) is REALLY tough in actuality.

I haven't worked on it since Sept. Instead I applied to grad schools, & now I'm about to apply for more jobs at architecture firms.

I keep fantasizing NYC might enable some magical synthesis of tech, art, & architecture communities, last of which is esp weaker in SF.
