People who have made no effort to change, OR achieved extreme change, are both generally terrible to others. Change as a habit = nice people

hm. perhaps bc extreme change suggests abandoning one castle to defend another. but either way it's a preference for castles.

Is the "made no effort to" part essential? With executive dysfunction or other non-NT stuff, effort may not translate to change.
