depends on what aspect of the industry. i'm sure that doctors/hospitals would love to stop hounding patients for money

they do have high suicide rate, but haven't yet seen the sources of their stress. Loans? Overwork? Paperwork?

my guess: stress from fragility. High loans, high returns, but also high risk of going off rails due to litigation
