yes! And the thresholds are zoning, water tables, and NIMBYism. Without going vertical quickly we will run into shortages and become LA

and...Queen Anne is great, quiet, safe and greener. Highly recommend it. WSJ recently published an article mentioning it by name.

it's amazing. Going tall & green a la the Bosco Verticale in Milan could save Seattle. fear of heights is killing such innovation.
