What's the easist non-bullshit way to boost immune system? I tend to get random colds and fatigue very easily when calendar-busy.

8+ hours sleep, 30 minutes daily sunlight, mostly-vegetable diet, lots of water, exercise 3+ times a week. Each slips when busy :(

Thats a big secret. Seattle is actually marvellously sunny in the summer. Vitamin D supplements for colder months.

there's likely nothing at intersection of easy and non-bs. "Easiest" is probably exercise. Do a 20 minute run daily in the AM.
