Hmm. GDP seems incomplete way to value languages. There's a "foreign-trade" component (English hi, Chinese low) and a bond-like component.

Per capita? Has to be Japanese or German. Maybe even French. Spanish/Chinese have low per capita.

@naveenpalli I meant local per capita, globally aggregated. Alternative summation so to speak, since lang and political boundaries are diff.
