Seems like patients have incentive to alter them for insurance fraud, but doctors have incentive to not share to create work for each other

Asking because getting doctors to forward records to each other is like pulling teeth, even above and beyond IT issues.

@vgr Patients have the right to access their record but not to alter them. Doctors create and host the data, so in a way they own it.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
